Coach Santi

Santiago “Coach Santi” Duarte brings a wealth of playing experience, energy, and a genuine love for the game to Soccer Genome. His playing journey began in Colombia with Minuto F.C. before continuing with Black Rock F.C., New England College, and Southern New Hampshire University. At New England College, Santi helped his team win a conference championship and earned All-Tournament Team honors. He has also competed with Ole Football Club and AC Raleigh in the UPSL, as well as Santa Fe Gloom in the NFSL.

Since joining Soccer Genome, Santi has quickly become a familiar face around SG, building meaningful relationships with the players and families he works with each week. Now serving as SG’s Director of Masterclasses, he brings that same connection and care into helping players grow. With coaching experience through JT Coaching, Soccer Shots, and New Hampshire ODP, Santi focuses on creating an environment where players feel comfortable being themselves, are challenged to improve, and leave each session with more confidence and love for the game.
