SGA+SG FIT is a new offer from Soccer Genome that incorporates 45 minute SG FIT sessions immediately before or after your SGA sessions. Not many programs have the ability to offer such a high level of sports performance training on top of such a highly regarded technical and functional training program! SG seeks to offer the most convenient, top notch program in The Triangle!


Although the main goal of this program is to cater to members of the Academy program, anyone interested in jumping into the 45 SG FIT sessions, is welcome to join.




Dena Floyd

Dena is a former Assistant Women’s Soccer Coach at NC State and Strength/Conditioning Specialist at Stanford University. She designed and directed team strength, agility and conditioning programs at NCSU and Stanford. On top of that she is a former member of the Florida Gators soccer team and member of the W-League and WPSL.
